Responsibilities:

Your role involves offering financing options, life and health insurance, various types of coverage, and extended warranties, all while providing our customers with exceptional service. You will act as an advisor, informing customers about service terms and conditions as well as the manufacturer’s and dealership’s policies. You must listen to customers to offer them financing products that match their needs and financial situation.

The Financial & Insurance Manager plays an essential role in the vehicle purchase or lease process. They are a key resource for financing and must build a relationship of trust with customers to provide them with an exceptional experience. The candidate must be able to communicate in English at an intermediate level, both verbally and in writing, to meet the needs of our English-speaking customers.

Requirements:

- You have 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager at a car dealership;
- You hold a valid driver’s licence;
- You are resourceful, professional, and have strong teamwork skills;
- You are committed to customer service;
- You have strong file management skills.
