Job description
Honda Ste-Rose is currently seeking a Service Advisor for its service department to join its existing team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles. You will be required to sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Fluent in English to communicate with English-speaking customers and adequately meet their needs;
- Sales skills;
- Focused on providing excellent customer service.
