Job description
Are you passionate about cars and known for the quality of your customer service? We look forward to meeting you for our Service Advisor position!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, taking charge of their vehicles, and assessing their needs;
- Opening and closing work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Explain the details of the invoice to customers;
- Answer the phone promptly and courteously;
- Promote our special offers and preventive maintenance services.
The required qualifications for the position are as follows:
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service;
- Punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy;
- Energy, dedication, and empathy;
- Bilingual (French/English);
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset).
