A leader in the automotive field and winner of numerous awards, our La Pérade Ford dealership is growing rapidly and is currently looking for a Service Advisor.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive at the service department, obtain information about their car;
- Follow-up throughout the process;
- Report to customers on the nature of the work performed on their vehicle, and on upcoming work;
- Advise customers on the care and repair of their vehicle, and stress the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer's specifications;
- Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers;
- Care about and respond to customer concerns;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (an asset);
- Experience with the Ford brand (an asset);
- Training in automotive parts and accessories (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Serti system (an asset).
Conditions:
- Permanent daytime position, from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week - availability between 8am and 5pm);
- Salary from $52,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience;
- Possibility of a hiring bonus based on experience;
