Our after-sales service team is looking to recruit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management for an automotive dealership sales department.

Job description:

The Commercial Service Advisor position is the link between the customer and the mechanical workshop, and companies authorize commercial-type mechanical work.

The Commercial Service Advisor is responsible for demystifying the information provided by the customer and identifying the mechanical problem. The candidate is responsible for planning and estimating work, in order to obtain the appropriate authorizations for this work. He/she is the resource advisor for all aspects of vehicle maintenance, prevention and repair.

The Commercial Service Advisor does everything possible to meet the needs of commercial vehicle users who come to the workshop for maintenance or repair. He/she greets customers, establishes a relationship of trust with them, identifies their needs and interprets the information received in order to pass it on to the workshop technician in the form of a work order.

The incumbent informs customers about the various systems and functions of the motor vehicle, offers preventive maintenance services and follows up with customers to build loyalty.

Experience in mechanical after-sales service is an asset. Experience with Reynold's & Reynold's ERA Ignite management software would also be a strong asset.

On-site training will be offered through our certification program for GM Pro Certified Service Advisors.
