Job description

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the person will primarily coordinate the management of internal service appointments.

In addition, the jobholder will welcome customers and gather the information required to identify and define their vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

Main responsibilities:

- Open and close work orders;
- Transmit the correct information to the workshop technician responsible for the vehicle;
- Communicate with the customer throughout the process to keep them informed of the progress of the work being carried out on their vehicle;
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all costs to customers;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;
- Perform all other related duties as required and requested by management.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of mechanics;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to suggest, advise and sell maintenance add-ons to customers;
- Patient, calm and team player;
- Experience as a service salesperson (a considerable asset);
- Computer skills;
- Any combination of training and experience will be evaluated;
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
