Service Advisor

The Service Advisor we are looking for is :

- A passionate person who wants to serve their customers with enthusiasm and professionalism;
- He is the person who succeeds in advising his client according to his needs and those of the vehicle;
- He is able to work as a team with the technicians in order to solve situations the first time;
- He is able to be energetic in the morning to take a larger flow of customers;
- He uses clear words so that his customer understands the explanations;
- He is there to help his colleagues and is a good player;
- He is there to help his colleagues and is a good player; For him, the follow-up of his clients is a priority;
- He wants to invest in a long-term career.

He will also have to :

- Make appointments;
- Greet the customers;
- Inspect vehicles in the arrival area;
- Open and close work orders;
- Follow up on parts on order;
- Follow up on Honda surveys;
- Follow up on month ends and warranties.

The incumbent must be bilingual (French and English).
