Service Advisor

Our dealership is looking for someone with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry to join our service team as a Service Advisor!

Job duties:

- Greet customers at the service department;
- Obtain all necessary information to identify and suggest repairs and/or maintenance work required on the vehicle;
- Write repair orders and organize the work schedule;
- Monitor work in progress and keep customers informed of progress;
- Maintain good customer and team relations and understand the art of customer loyalty;
- Perform other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position;
- Customer service and results orientation;
- Good listening skills;
- Ability to work with different computer systems;
- Good team spirit.
