Service Advisor

Volkswagen St-Hyacinthe is expanding and our service team needs to grow. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to add an important asset to our service department.

We're looking for someone with excellent knowledge of Volkswagen products.

In addition, the following qualities are required:

- Excellent listening skills (active and passive);
- Empathy;
- Good ability to manage more than one file at a time in order of priority;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills;
- Knowledge of the Serti system (an asset).

Job description:

- Greet customers and collect essential information to open a clear and concise work order;
- Take calls to schedule appointments;
- Follow-up on work orders in the shop and follow up with customers;
- Provide customers with clear and accurate work estimates;
- Suggest required maintenance according to manufacturer and handle objections;
- Follow up on parts on order and schedule subsequent appointments.
