Accounting Technician

LA PÉRADE FORD is currently looking for an Accounting Technician to join its team.

DUTIES:

- Processing the complete accounting cycle (accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and subsidiary account verification);
- Doing bank reconciliations;
- Accounting new and pre-owned vehicle sales files on a daily basis in the Serti software and following-up on cash receipts;
- Participating in the month-end and year-end process;
- Assisting in the closing of monthly financial statements and various reports.

Primary duties are listed above, but this position may be assigned to other duties.

Skills and qualifications:

- Diploma in accounting and management or other relevant training related to the position;
- Interest and experience in the automotive field, a major asset;
- Good computer skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Versatility and proactivity;
- Positive attitude and team spirit;
- Professional presentation.
