Job description
La Pérade Ford, an automotive dealership in Mauricie, is looking for a Service Manager.
As part of the mandate, the Service Manager will perform the following tasks:
- Handling our customers' complaints as quickly as possible, according to the dealership's guidelines;
- Implementing and maintaining a customer satisfaction system for after-sales services;
- Knowing and applying the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Hiring, training, motivating and advising human resources of the after-sales service and ensuring its performance;
- Planning and/or organizing technical training and verifying the Technicians' daily productivity reports;
- Communicating adequately to Technicians the time allotted for each repair order;
- Ensuring health and safety at work.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Requirements:
- Advantageous conditions according to experience and skills;
- Possibility of having a hiring bonus if you have experience in a similar position in a dealership;
- Possibility of having an additional bonus if you have knowledge of the Serti computer system.
