Financial & Insurance Manager - New Vehicles (F&I)

Groupe Leclair is looking for a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven New Vehicle Financial Services Manager (F&I) to join its Subaru Rive-Nord dealership.

This individual will play a key role in the customer buying experience by guiding customers through financing options, protection plans and additional products, while contributing to the dealership’s objectives.

Main responsibilities:

- Present and sell available financing solutions, life and health insurance, protection plans and extended warranties;
- Process financing applications and transactions accurately with various financial institutions for approval;
- Clearly present and explain aftermarket products and extended warranties to help customers make informed decisions;
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of information on sales and lease contracts, including taxes, signatures and vehicle information;
- Prepare and complete files for vehicle delivery and, at month-end, work with the Sales team to facilitate deliveries;
- Perform any other related duties as required by management.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (required);
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment and able to efficiently manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Highly motivated and results-oriented;
- Efficient, detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Ability to provide thorough and professional follow-up with every customer;
- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills.
