Junior Service Advisor

Lachute Subaru is looking for a dynamic, versatile individual with a passion for the automotive industry to join its team as a Junior Service Advisor.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in both service advising and parts while receiving support from an experienced team. You’ll help provide a high-quality customer experience and work closely with Technicians and other members of the department.

Responsibilities – on a daily basis, you will:

- Welcome customers and assist them with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs;
- Open and close work orders and keep customers informed of repair progress;
- Explain recommended repairs and associated costs;
- Ensure effective communication between customers and Technicians;
- Assist with ordering, receiving and tracking parts;
- Supply Technicians with the parts they need;
- Advise customers on parts and accessories;
- Work closely with the entire team to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements – above all, we are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow and develop their automotive knowledge:

- DEP in Automotive Service Consulting, Parts Sales and Consulting for Motorized Equipment, or other relevant training is an asset;
- Initial experience in the automotive industry, customer service or parts is an asset;
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to expand your knowledge;
- Excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills;
- Organized, resourceful and eager to learn;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working conditions:

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon;
- Base salary plus bonuses;
- Work location: Lachute.
