We are a premier, high-end luxury automotive retailer in montreal is seeking distinguished, highly experienced Financial & Insurance (F&I) Manager.
Representing some of the world’s most prestigious automotive marques, our dealership caters to a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele. This position is designed for an elite financial professional who excels at delivering bespoke financial solutions, white-glove service, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a tailor-made financial consultation experience for high-net-worth clients purchasing or leasing luxury vehicles.
- Cultivate and leverage strong partnerships with luxury-tier lenders, private financial institutions, and OEM captive finance partners to secure specialized leasing and credit structures.
- Articulate the value of premium aftermarket products, extended warranties, and vehicle protection packages using refined, consultative presentation methods.
- Oversee all transaction documentation, lease agreements, and registration procedures in full compliance with Quebec regulations (OPC, AMF guidelines, and SAAQclic).
- Collaborate seamlessly with senior sales executives and executive management to deliver an effortless, end-to-end client journey while maximizing backend performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of proven success as an F&I Manager in the luxury, ultra-luxury, or premium automotive sector.
- Track Record: Exemplary history of high PVR performance, strong lease penetration, and exceptional client retention.
- Professional Demeanor: Flawless communication skills, highly polished professional presentation, and a deep understanding of luxury retail expectations.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in French is required; business-level proficiency in English is essential for interfacing with high-end clientele and international OEM partners.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency with top-tier DMS and desking software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or PBS), alongside SAAQclic navigation.
