New Vehicles Sales Representative

Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday.

Groupe Leclair is looking for a motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Representative to join its Subaru Rive-Nord dealership. This person will play a key role in the dealership’s success by assisting customers throughout every step of their purchase and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for representing the dealership to its customers and achieving established sales objectives.

More specifically, you will:

- Welcome customers, identify their needs and advise them on new Subaru vehicles;
- Provide a personalized test-drive experience and assist customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience;
- Ensure thorough follow-up with prospective and existing customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty;
- Use Activix CRM to track customers and sales opportunities;
- Keep your knowledge of Subaru products and promotions up to date and contribute to achieving the dealership’s sales objectives.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is motivated by sales, results-oriented and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

- Automotive sales experience, ideally 2 to 3 years;
- Bilingual in French and English (35% of our clientele is English-speaking);
- Ability to build trusting relationships;
- Dynamic, professional and team-oriented;
- DVS in Professional Sales, an asset;
- Previous Subaru experience, an asset.
