Parts Clerk

We are currently looking for a Parts Clerk to strengthen our team and actively contribute to our success.

As a Parts Clerk, you will:

- Sell automotive parts to customers at the counter and over the phone;
- Assist and support shop Technicians;
- Advise customers professionally and efficiently;
- Provide courteous, high-quality customer service;
- Perform various related duties within the Parts Department.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Parts Clerk;
- Bilingual in French and English in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and properly meet their needs;
- Knowledge of Serti software is an asset;
- Knowledge of Mazda products is an asset;
- Commitment to excellent customer service;
- Independent, organized and able to manage priorities effectively.
