Service Advisor

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Shift: daytime.
Salary: Starting at $50,000 based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

Olivier Chrysler Mascouche is currently looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and the automotive industry and ready to provide our customers with a unique experience!

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming customers and gathering the information required to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Selling maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring high-quality customer service;
- Following up with customers;
- Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Knowledge of Serti software is a major asset;
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and properly meet their needs is an asset;
- Strong sales skills;
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
