Assistant Sales Manager (Desk Manager)

Are you a strong closer and a great leader? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Olivier Kia McMasterville is currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (Desk Manager) to support its team!

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will:

- Act as a coach, motivate and support the entire sales team;
- Conduct T.O.s with each customer before they leave the dealership to help increase the closing rate;
- Work closely with the current Sales Manager to maximize every sales opportunity;
- Manage dealer trades on occasion;
- Replace the Sales Manager during absences;
- Stay informed about market trends, promotions and programs offered by the manufacturer and financial institutions, and communicate relevant information to Sales Advisors;
- Ensure the CRM is kept up to date;
- Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Consultant in the automotive industry;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Management experience is considered an asset;
- Bilingual in French and English in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and properly address their needs;
- Customer service, results and teamwork oriented.
