Service Advisor

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Greet our customers with a smile and understand their needs;
- Collect information from customers and create work orders;
- Suggest preventive maintenance services recommended by the manufacturer;
- Ensure thorough follow-up with customers;
- Organize the schedule for completing the work;
- Close out work orders.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Provide exceptional service;

- Ability to handle pressure;

- Have a contagious smile and provide outstanding service;

- Good team player;
- Motivated and positive.
