Parts Clerk

As part of its expansion, Hyundai Sorel-Tracy is currently looking for a Parts Clerk to join its team.

As a Parts Clerk, you will:

- Open and close repair orders for internal sales;
- Follow up on work in progress and after-sales work as required;
- Coordinate subcontractors;
- Follow up on parts returns requested by the manufacturer;
- Manage insurance and warranty claims;
- Assist sales department customers experiencing mechanical issues through the repair process, before or after vehicle delivery;
- Provide coverage for Service Advisors and Parts Clerks at Hyundai and Kia Sorel-Tracy as needed;
- Assist with Lot Attendant duties when required, including snow removal, tires, etc.;
- Perform any other related duties.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk;
- Knowledge of automotive body repair is considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Serti software is considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Hyundai products is considered an asset;
- Autonomy and strong organizational and priority-management skills.
