Fixed Operations Manager

Olivier Hyundai de la Capitale is currently looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to join its existing team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible for efficiently and profitably overseeing the after-sales Service and Parts Departments, ensuring effective staff management, customer retention, cost control, achievement of objectives and the highest quality of work.

Summary of responsibilities:

- Effectively oversee the Service and Parts Departments;
- Develop strategies to improve service quality and productivity;
- Manage workflow and communication between teams;
- Optimize the performance of Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Clerks;
- Promote collaboration between departments;
- Strengthen customer loyalty and retention;
- Address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions;
- Maintain all required reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager;
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and properly address their needs;
- Experience in personnel management;
- Knowledge of Serti and Keyloop software is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence;
- Valid driver’s licence.
