Our dealership is currently seeking a Service Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the service department. This opportunity is ideal for a motivating leader recognized for operational excellence, strong customer service skills, and the ability to drive team performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the mechanical service shop;
- Ensure effective management of technician workloads and productivity;
- Achieve performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives;
- Coach, motivate, and develop members of the technical team;
- Work closely with Service Advisors to optimize the customer experience;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and internal policies;
- Analyze performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans;
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of service shop personnel;
- Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Desired profile:

- Significant experience managing a service shop or in a supervisory role within an automotive dealership;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Strong focus on results and customer service;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities;
- Knowledge of automotive dealership after-sales operations;
- Proficiency with computer systems and software used in the automotive industry;
- Understanding of key performance indicators related to service department operations.
