Job description

Do you enjoy interacting with customers, are known for your organizational skills, and would like to take on a varied role within a dynamic automotive dealership?

Our Toyota dealership, proud to be a family-owned business focused on customer service and long-term relationships, is looking for a second Delivery Coordinator who will also serve as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, directly contributing to the customer experience and the smooth operation of daily activities.

Your role:

As a Delivery Coordinator and administrative support team member, you will be an important point of contact for our customers before, during, and after the delivery of their vehicle. You will work closely with the sales, finance, and administrative teams to provide a professional, welcoming, and seamless customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

Vehicles deliveries:

- Make confirmation calls prior to vehicle deliveries;
- Follow up with customers after they take possession of their vehicle;
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of delivery files before vehicle handovers;
- Assist in coordinating and streamlining the delivery process;
- Guide customers and answer questions regarding vehicle features or other information as needed;
- Help create a memorable and personalized delivery experience.

Reception desk and customer service:

- Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy;
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel;
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times;
- Support various departments as needed.

Administrative sSupport:

- Perform various administrative and file follow-up tasks;
- Prepare, organize, and update documentation;
- Enter data and monitor specific documents;
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the dealership’s administrative processes.

Desired profile:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Professionalism, strong people skills, and a polished appearance;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good computer skills;
- Experience in administration, reception, or customer service (an asset);
- Interest in the automotive industry (an asset).
