Shop Foreman

Mécanique 360 St-Eustache is seeking a motivated and organized Shop Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of its auto repair shop.

We are looking for someone known for their leadership, ability to manage priorities, and focus on teamwork and customer service.

Your role:

As Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of workshop operations, coordinating the technical team, and optimizing the department’s productivity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

    • Plan and coordinate the workshop’s daily operations;
    • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the team of Technicians;
    • Ensure efficient work allocation;
    • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety procedures;
    • Collaborate with technical advisors to ensure an efficient and professional customer experience;
    • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving productivity goals;
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the work environment;
    • Maintain a structured, positive, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

    • Experience managing an auto repair shop;
    • Positive leadership and strong team management skills;
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
    • Knowledge of auto mechanics;
    • Results-oriented and customer-service focused;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
    • Valid driver’s licence.
