A well-established company in the automotive industry is currently seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to support the operations of its automotive service center and actively contribute to its growth and development.

We are looking for a motivating, autonomous, and results-oriented individual who can provide positive leadership to the technical team while delivering strong day-to-day operational support.

This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with solid experience in automotive after-sales service who is looking to advance into a leadership role in the medium term.

Main responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the service department;
- Support, coach, and motivate the team of technicians and service advisors;
- Ensure a professional and efficient customer experience;
- Participate in process optimization and the continuous improvement of operations;
- Monitor productivity, profitability, and compliance with quality standards;
- Work closely with management to ensure the stability and growth of the department;
- Respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges or high-volume periods;
- Actively contribute to maintaining a positive and structured work environment.

Desired profile:

- Significant experience in automotive after-sales service management;
- Natural leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate a team;
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure;
- Hands-on approach and proactive attitude;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability and desire to grow into a Service Director position;
- Availability from Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility during busier periods.
