Delivery Specialist

Audi St-Laurent is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver vehicles to customers and provide a professional vehicle orientation;
Explain vehicle features, technology, and operating functions;
Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately;
Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the sales department;
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and answer questions;
Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the delivery process;
Assist with vehicle preparation and delivery scheduling;
Carry out any other task in relation to the position.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
