Job description

Motorsport coordinator position
--------------------------- $5000 HIRING BONUS ---------------------------

We are looking for a qualified coordinator to join Groupe Touchette's Motorsport division. As a motorsport coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing motorsport events and activities. You will work closely with teams, sponsors, suppliers and governing bodies to ensure the smooth running of competitions and development programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES ENTRUSTED:

- Event planning;
- Design and develop event schedules including races, demonstrations, testing and other motorsport activities;
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, security, transportation and accommodations;
- Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and authorizations.

Operations management:

- Oversee the set-up of facilities and equipment required for events, ensuring that everything is ready on time and compliant with safety standards;
- Recruit, train and supervise staff responsible for organizing and managing events;
- Ensure the smooth running of activities during events, resolving problems promptly and responding to participants' needs.

Stakeholder relations:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with teams, drivers, sponsors, media;
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences and other industry events to promote motorsport and develop strategic partnerships.

Administrative management:

- Manage budgets allocated to events, ensuring expenses remain within planned limits;
- Maintain accurate records of all expenses and revenues generated by events.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

- Previous experience in organizing sporting events, preferably in motorsport;
- In-depth knowledge of motorsport, including its rules, regulations and trends;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proficiency in IT tools and event management software.

Contract duration: 3 months.

Working hours:

- 8 hours per day;
- Monday to Friday;
- Weekends as needed;
- Overtime;
- Day shift.
