EXPERIENCED Service Advisor

Job description:

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED candidate (or with automotive experience, we can train someone who is already passionate about cars and is just starting their career in the field).

Salary:

- Hiring bonus: $2000 after 1 month, another $2000 after 2 months and the last $2000 after 3 months for a total of $6000!
- From $50,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience;
- Bonus!

Desired qualities:

Reliable, versatile, quick-witted and friendly in order to fill a position as a technical advisor (sales of mechanical services, tires and installation, and aesthetics) within our team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Greet customers and open the work order;
- Answer phone calls;
- Make appointments for estimates and repairs;
- Follow up on work performed;
- To carry out the invoicing and the explanations of the costs;
- Advise the customer on the care of their vehicle;
- Deal with and follow up with insurance companies and suppliers.

Schedule: full-time position from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Salary: competitive compensation commensurate with your skills.

Spoken and written languages: French and English (an asset).

Experience:

- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or in an automotive related field is required;
- Or graduation from an automotive trade school;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Experience dealing with insurance companies (an asset).
