The Store Manager's main responsibilities are to plan, organize and direct the day-to-day activities of the branch in order to achieve the network's strategic objectives. The jobholder ensures the branch's development by establishing and maintaining close ties with customers and business partners. The candidate.she oversees operations at both the mechanical and customer service levels, using his management knowledge and leadership to meet challenges with passion and conviction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Promote and share the company's strategic orientations, mission and values with employees;
- Oversee the branch's day-to-day operations in order to meet established service expectations;
- Rigorously monitor branch operating budgets;
- Work with the Human Resources Department on hiring, training needs, performance appraisals and other human resources management requirements;
- Implement all necessary means to ensure customer loyalty by promptly managing major customer complaints;
- Analyze information and reports from various departments (tires, mechanics, customer service) and produce analysis and performance reports;
- Carry out parts inventory management, incoming and outgoing parts control, as well as biennial stock audits.

- Technical background: your 5 years of experience in mechanical shop management and personnel management, as well as your college studies in administration, have given you a solid professional background for managing a branch;
