Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the planning/opening/closing of internal work orders;
- Be responsible for opening and closing files in accordance with delivery schedules and preparation requests;
- Ensure communication between sales and parts and service departments;
- Communicate with external parties.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team.
