Chartrand Ford wants to meet you! We are looking for a Shop Foreman to coordinate repairs, support our technicians and help deliver a customer experience that meets our high standards.

Your role - at the heart of the action:

You will ensure the smooth operation of the workshop by efficiently assigning work and facilitating communication between the technical team and the Customer Service Department.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Assign repair orders based on technicians' skills, priorities and promised completion times;
- Monitor repair progress and adjust schedules throughout the day;
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently;
- Promptly communicate unexpected issues, additional requirements and changes to completion times;
- Ensure the quality of repairs and compliance with procedures and safety regulations;
- Monitor workshop productivity and recommend practical improvements;
- Encourage teamwork and clear communication among team members.

You're the ideal candidate if...

- You have experience in an automotive repair shop, work coordination or a similar role;
- You have a good understanding of automotive mechanics and repair processes;
- You can manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure;
- Your leadership style is based on respect, collaboration and problem-solving;
- You are comfortable using computer tools and workshop management software;
- You are committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Experience in a dealership and knowledge of Ford products are considered assets.
