Responsibilities:

- Greet and advise customers in accordance with company standards;
- Provide detailed information about vehicles and recommend products that meet customers’ needs and expectations;
- Answer questions and reassure customers;
- Conduct test drives;
- Ensure regular, high-quality follow-ups with customers.

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive sales;
- Intermediate-to-advanced bilingualism (French–English), both spoken and written, to serve both English- and French-speaking customers;
- Energetic and persuasive;
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service;
- Valid driver’s licence.
