Call Centre Sales Representative

We are looking for a BDC Representative to join our team at our St-Eustache office. If you enjoy interacting with customers, are comfortable on the phone and know how to close a sale, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls;
- Follow up with customers after their dealership visit;
- Assist customers after their visit to convert unclosed sales opportunities through follow-ups, objection handling and finalizing transactions;
- Identify customer needs and guide them through the purchasing process;
- Schedule appointments and work closely with the sales team;
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Profile we are looking for:

- Automotive experience, ideally;
- Excellent sales skills;
- Very comfortable on the phone and confident making outbound calls;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a team and perform in a target-driven environment;
- Intermediate to advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers as well as our significant unilingual English-speaking customer base.

Schedule:

- Permanent, full-time position.
