Service Advisor

We are looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within our service team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Greeting customers;
- Confirming appointments;
- Working closely with service technicians;

- Monitoring the manufacturer’s maintenance log and recommending necessary maintenance;

- Opening and closing work orders;

- Ensuring customer satisfaction;

- Performing any other duties related to the position.

Experience as a Service Advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are a plus.
