Your role:

You will play a key role between our customers, technicians and Service Advisors, ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Assist customers at the counter, over the phone and by email;
- Identify and sell the appropriate parts and accessories;
- Supply the workshop with the parts technicians need;
- Receive, inspect and organize incoming orders;
- Maintain accurate and well-organized inventory;
- Assist with ordering parts from suppliers;
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in a parts department;
- Strong interest in the automotive industry;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Team spirit and a positive attitude;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Knowledge of computer systems used in parts departments.
