Service Manager

Canadian Tire Delson is looking for a Service Manager to take the lead of its automotive department and actively contribute to the team’s performance!

A key role within the team:

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Automotive Department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining efficient and profitable operations.

Your main responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and motivate the Service team;
- Manage the daily operations of the shop;
- Plan and coordinate activities to optimize productivity;
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle situations requiring management intervention;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures;
- Monitor performance objectives and implement strategies to achieve them;
- Work closely with Technicians, Service Advisors and other team members;
- Participate in scheduling and human resources management for the department;
- Maintain a safe, professional and motivating work environment.
