As a Parts Counter Clerk, you will play a key role in our operations by providing excellent customer service, preparing orders and helping customers find the right automotive parts.

Job responsibilities:

- Perform tasks related to delivering products to our customers;
- Assist customers in-store and by phone with questions about products, services and current promotions;
- Research parts information using electronic and physical catalogs, including updated part numbers;
- Participate in customer follow-ups (phone blitzes, etc.) and prospect for new customers;
- Explain equipment and/or part features to customers and demonstrate their operation or installation when required;
- Explain product warranties and return policies.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma;
- Previous relevant experience as a Parts Counter Clerk, Warehouse Clerk, or Storekeeper, or good knowledge of automotive parts.
