Your day-to-day responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will play an essential role in the smooth operation of the shop and in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Open work orders and ensure proper follow-up on customer files;
- Accurately and thoroughly document customer files;
- Prepare repair and maintenance estimates;
- Recommend preventive maintenance and necessary repairs;
- Promote repair and maintenance services and contribute to achieving sales objectives;
- Follow up with customers, including outreach during slower periods;
- Work closely with Mechanics and the management team to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, with references;
- Tire sales experience is an asset;
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Strong organizational skills, independence and attention to detail;
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
- Interest in consultative sales and customer satisfaction.
