Liaison Officer - Auto Body Repair

A well-established company in the automotive collision repair industry, located in the Laurentians, is currently looking for a Liaison Agent to join its team.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact responsible for communication and follow-up between customers, insurance companies, claims adjusters and the repair team. Your professionalism and commitment to customer service will directly contribute to providing a positive customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them throughout the repair process;
- Answer customer questions and ensure thorough follow-up on their files;
- Communicate with insurance companies, claims adjusters and other stakeholders;
- Coordinate communication between customers and the repair shop team;
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and expected timelines;
- Follow up with the various parties involved;
- Schedule appointments and ensure efficient management of incoming and outgoing vehicles;
- Perform various administrative duties related to repair files;
- Ensure every customer receives professional, courteous and attentive service.

Profile we’re looking for:

- Experience in customer service, administration or the automotive industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Independent, resourceful and professional;
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Knowledge of the collision repair or insurance industry is an asset;
- Fluency in French; functional English is an asset.
