On a daily basis, you’ll play a key role in keeping the parts department running smoothly by providing fast, professional service to our customers and our shop team.

Your main responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the counter, by phone, or by email;
- Prepare orders for customers, technicians, and delivery drivers;
- Receive and verify parts orders;
- Place orders with suppliers;
- Maintain an accurate and well-organized inventory;
- Provide parts to technicians as needed;
- Ensure the department remains clean and organized;
- Assist with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of heavy-duty or automotive parts;
- Good knowledge of mechanical parts;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet;
- Team player;
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
