We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers, achieving sales goals, and building long-term relationships based on trust. Integrity is the foundation of everything we do.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen carefully to customers' concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure excellent communication.
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
- Help achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and customer retention goals.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Automotive knowledge is an asset.
- Positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
