Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers in accordance with company standards;
- Provide detailed information about vehicles and recommend products that meet customers’ needs and expectations;
- Build trust between the customer and the sales representative throughout the sales process;
- Answer questions and reassure customers;
- Conduct test drives;
- Ensure regular, high-quality follow-ups with customers.

- Excellent customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive sales (a plus; otherwise, any sales experience will be considered);
- Intermediate-to-advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to serve both English- and French-speaking customers;
- Dynamic and persuasive;
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service;
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Salary: $100k and up per year, based on performance.
Job type: full-time, permanent.
Work schedule: 5-day workweek, open on Saturdays.
