Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming, informing, and guiding customers throughout their vehicle purchasing process.

Tasks:

- Welcome customers, build a relationship of trust, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Ensure diligent follow-up with customers who have purchased a vehicle, as well as with prospects who have not yet made a purchase;
- Attend product and sales training courses as directed by the Sales Manager;
- Maintain consistent and thorough follow-up with customers who have purchased a vehicle and with those who have not yet completed a purchase;
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience with luxury products;
- Excellent team spirit;
- Proficiency with new technologies;
- Valid driver's licence.
