Our partners are automotive dealerships currently recruiting across the South Shore, North Shore, and Greater Montreal areas.
Your role:
As a Product Specialist, you will guide customers through one of the most important purchases they make: buying a vehicle. You will become their trusted advisor from the first contact through vehicle delivery.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish;
- Welcome and guide customers through the purchasing process;
- Present vehicles and their technologies;
- Conduct test drives;
- Provide personalized advice regarding purchasing or leasing options;
- Achieve and exceed your monthly sales targets;
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry innovations;
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall dealership objectives.
Desired profile:
- Experience in sales (a major asset);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Professional, positive, and energetic attitude;
- Strong results-oriented mindset;
- Strong team spirit;
- Valid driver's licence (required);
- Bilingual in French and English (required).

Schedule:
- 40 hours per week; day, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts.
Compensation:
- Up to $90,000 per year through salary, commissions, and bonuses.
