Job description
HGrégoire Hyundai Vaudreuil is currently looking for a Service Advisor!
Main responsibilities:
- Manage preparation orders by following established guidelines and follow up as needed in collaboration with various departments;
- Submit preparation requests to external companies when necessary;
- Verify parts invoices for each vehicle and the time required to complete repairs;
- Communicate with various departments (sales / finance / delivery) regarding any issues or needs;
- Update the vehicle history by entering the details of the preparation order;
- Follow up with customers and various departments in the event of issues at the time of delivery and implement the necessary corrections to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Prepare work orders for all vehicles entering the dealership, as well as for demonstration vehicles;
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory;
- Ensure the security of the branch’s vehicle keys;
- Provide support for the logistics of storing vehicles in inventory;
- Track deliveries and ensure that deadlines communicated to customers are met;
- Provide impeccable customer service;
- Ensure quality control of all vehicles delivered to customers.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry;
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in both spoken and written French and English, to communicate with our monolingual French-speaking customers as well as our large base of monolingual English-speaking customers;
- Customer service-oriented;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Positive and professional attitude;
- Canadian resident.
