Job description
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for customer service, automotive mechanics, and retail!
A Service Advisor must:
- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and gather information about their vehicle.
- Explain to customers the nature of the work performed and all associated costs.
- Advise customers on how to care for their car and emphasize the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that customers are informed of any promotions or services offered by the dealership.

Our team offers a highly stimulating environment in a facility designed entirely to welcome customers indoors. We’re located in Joliette near Route 158 and even Highway 31—say goodbye to traffic if you’re working in the city!
We see a steady flow of dozens of people who come to us for vehicle maintenance. You’ll receive bonuses when customers opt for additional services and when you achieve strong results in “customer experience” surveys.
You’ll also be assisted by a colleague who will handle appointment calls and follow-ups for you!
This person is responsible for responding to the dozens of customers who contact us via email and phone through various platforms every day!
We use the SERTI computer system, which will allow you to be truly efficient with follow-ups and respond effectively to your customers.
Since most of the traffic is in the mornings, the position involves working 40 hours per week and may vary initially between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, the workday ends between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, depending on your start time.
No evening or weekend shifts. We offer excellent benefits, including group insurance; our salary is very competitive and includes substantial bonuses. We also provide ongoing training as needed.
Fluency in written and spoken French is required.
English communication skills are a plus. Our selection criteria: good organizational skills and a team player; creative and persuasive; punctual and hardworking; good at managing priorities and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of SERTI software and the STELLANTIS manufacturing process is a significant plus.
