Job description:
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary link between our customers and our service department. Your mission will be to provide an exceptional customer experience while ensuring rigorous follow-up on work performed on vehicles.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy;
• Identify maintenance and repair needs;
• Explain recommended work and prepare estimates;
• Follow up on repairs with technicians;
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process;
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Desired profile:
• Experience as a technical advisor or in automotive customer service;
• Excellent communication and sales-consulting skills;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and professionalism;
• Knowledge of the Serti system (a plus).
