Responsibilities - as an Accounting Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Posting and paying invoices;
- Verifying account statements;
- Tracking schedules;
- Recording sales transactions;
- Recording invoices from Toyota Canada;
- Making daily bank deposits as needed;
- Providing support to other team members as required by the department.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of accounting experience;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (a significant asset);
- Strong computer skills;
- Proficiency in Excel (required);
- Knowledge of Serti software (a plus).
