Complexe Kia is looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join our dynamic after-sales service team.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, diligent, committed to providing top-quality service, and a team player.
Job Responsibilities:
• Track all internal files and close invoices;
• Manage our commercial clients from start to finish;
• Greet service customers upon their arrival;
• Gather all necessary information to identify and recommend the required repairs and/or maintenance work on the vehicle;
• Prepare repair orders and schedule the work;
• Monitor ongoing work for clients and keep them informed of their vehicle’s status;
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and staff, and understand the art of building customer loyalty;
• Prepare reports as requested by the manager;
• Manage our commercial clients;
• Perform any other related tasks.
