Lease Renewal Manager - Laval

Olivier Mazda de Laval is currently seeking a Renewals Manager to join its existing team.

In your new role, you will be responsible for the sales customer portfolio, lease buyouts, lease transfers, lease returns, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales (renewal experience is a major asset);
- Bilingualism to communicate with English-speaking customers and adequately meet their needs;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Knowledge of Mazda products (an asset).
